- At home workout plans, tailored for your convenience
- At the gym workout plans
- 45 min initial virtual session, via video call, to discuss your fitness goals, limitations, priorities, and the best program for you.
- Upon booking you will fill out and complete a intake and consent form. This has to be done prior to the inital session.
First Month Includes:
- Initial 1-on-1 virtual session
- 2 free 20 min. follow up virtual sessions to discuss progress, lifting form critic, and ongoing feedback.
Following Months Include:
- New 4-week program
- 20 min virtual session
- 1 free 20 min follow up virtual session

Follow up Sessions
- First Month- two free follow up sessions
- Following Months- One free follow up session
Extra personal training follow up sessions are available to purchased here if you are looking for additional 1-on-1 support and have already used your free follow up sessions for the month.
- Extra Follow up Sessions-$65
*Free follow up sessions are to be used within 1 month of initial appointment, and do not carry over to the following month if not used.
